Cancelling a membership
Cancel any time from My space. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Membership refunds
- First payment: if you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first Builder or Mentor payment for a full refund.
- Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal.
1:1 sessions
- Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new slot.
- Missed sessions with less than 24 hours' notice aren't refunded.
- If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new slot, your choice.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
